“ I was sick today and went to Cafe Zuppa’s in South Jordan to get my fave soup & sandwich. I was so disappointed when I got home and the order was wrong. I called to let them know & and was blown away by their customer service. They immediately offered to deliver a new order to my home and added their famous chocolate covered strawberries & brownies with a sweet note saying “we hope you get feeling better.” They went above and beyond to fix their mistake and make my day better. I would also like to say that I have never had an incorrect order there before. Thank you for your attention to customer service! Your food is always delicious ! ”

“ You’ll have a tough time finding healthier food for less. Cafe Zupas has been a regular destination since my wife made me try it years ago. I’m not a salad guy so really had no interest. Turns out they have really good sandwiches and soups too. Sometimes I get the chicken nuggets with my daughter. I even ended up liking their nuts about berries salad ”
“ 6 o’clock on a Wednesday not to busy, Was greeted at the counter by an employee, super kind and great attitude, food was ready very fast but checkout took close to 5 minutes, I ordered the ultimate grilled cheese and a half size tomato soup, it came with a strawberry covered in chocolate and a role, Sandwich was warm and delicious, so was soup, not to hot, just perfect, The role could have been cooked a little more and was rather bland but other than that everything was amazing! The tables were pretty clean and so was the whole restaurant, I paid 14.06 for the meal and it was ok priced, Will visit again! TLDR: Great food, ok priced, service was decently fast on a Wednesday at dinner time. Thank to the following Employees: Bruno and Karli ”

“ I wanted to make a comment. I am a connoisseur of the Zupas soup..... I actually have to eat there bc of health reasons... I have eaten at all the Zupas, every location, this location is very special! The employees, the young adults , the managers are fantastic! They are friendly , energetic, fun, they make great food & always great service. They care about their customers...to me that is very important & nonexistent with most companies nowadays ... most forget Customer Service, but not Zuppas. They care...... The employees, young adults, managers are fantastic, friendly, they keep it very clean. Their food is freshly made, superb, also correctly made, that’s important ...It is a great store & a great group of people! Yesterday I opened a new bk account. Forgot to transfer funds, to main account. Been moving, chaotic, lost 100 cash at prior store, went to order my soup, was short 3. I was embarrassed & felt stupid & mad at myself. They made me feel appreciated, not stupid.... Then a very special employee, who is always friendly & smiles, & she knows my soup, a great person... bought my soup with her money...Not the stores... I offered a tip of 6 , or smaller soup, she wld not accept, she was very sweet & kind, I am greatly appreciative. I’m just so glad that there are great compassionate people in our world, young people who care, the small acts of kindness makes a better world. Then we all pass that on, it gives me hope & appreciation for all of us... That touched my heart to know they cared, and did a kind jesture for others... they are all good people in this Zupas each one of them , great people who care for others & eachother. She did not have to do that. But it shows you the compassion, kindness in this special group of young adults. I wanted to say thank you to all of them for their hard work, continued kindness in preparing great food & service! I hope their owner knows what a great team they have... I would recommend all people to eat there then get to know the people that you interact with... I rate the food, store & service a 10, in my book! I’m very appreciative to interact with these kids when I get my soup... You walk out with a smile, good food & great service!! I just wanted to say thank you!
